Abbey fields has an on line service for repeat prescriptions which first of all I'd not accessible through their Web site I had to go through an old link I had from mersea rd surgery ? Then it quite clearly states where do you want to collect prescription from surgery or nominated chemist.

Last time I did this I opted for the chemist as it is closer than the surgery.

I rhen waited the 3 working days went to chemist not there had to then drive to surgery to collect.

So this time opted for the sugary but this time one prescription for me another for my son same item!!!

So they tell me that my prescription is at chemist but my son's has been denied as antihistamines can be bought over the counter (not at this potency) but they have allowed mine? But in the three days they have had the request they couldn't call to say he can rd have them or that he needs to see the dr to get them now its Friday afternoon he can't see a dr and can't have mess not happy
