"Most satisfactory experience"

I recently attended the Haematology Clinic as an out-patient for the first time. My experience was entirely positive. I was seen by the consultant within 5 minutes of my appointment time and found all the staff cheerful, friendly, helpful and professional. The provision by the Friends of the Hospital of a refreshment service (with waiter service while I was there!) was an unexpected and highly commendable bonus
