"Out patient"

Having had to attend Bedford South Wing a good few times in the last couple of months I would like to complement all the staff on their attitudes and helpfulness.

The hospital appears spotless to me, and whenever I stood in a corridor whilst trying to locate a department a member of staff offered help. This included a Doctor, Matron, and one of the maintenance chaps -they are a credit to the hospital.

The staff in the blood test department are wonderful and even if they were a good number of folks before me it was fairly swift.

I have had to attend A&E (no bed available in AAU) Blood tests, and Rhumitology clinic all excellent.
