After a very quick referral from my GP, I received an ENT appointment, within minutes of arriving I underwent a hearing examination and test. Subsequently seen by the ENT doctor and referred to the audiology dept for a hearing aid. I was told 4 to 6 weeks but had my Audiology appt. 4 weeks later.
I was seen 10 mins after my appt time and after 20 mins left my audiology appointment with my programed and fitted hearing aid
I am delighted with the results, the entire staff have been efficient and friendly, and I wished I had done something about this years ago.
