"poor"

I have been attending the clinic for well over a year, maybe even two. My 'care coordinator' offers outstandingly generic advice every time I meet with them which is as rarely as once every 3-4 months. Another consultant I saw there didn't bother to at least glance at my notes before my appointment and was visibly frustrated during the appointment that they didn't know anything about me. In fact they were inexplicably angry for the entire appointment and asked questions as tactfully composed as 'I think it's safe to say you didn't have a happy childhood?'. Communications skills are most definitely not a strength here. The waiting time for therapies cannot be helped I'm sure because as I have been reminded several times by the doctors (who surely should be instilling at least a degree of confidence in the support being delivered) 'there are limited resources'.
