I arrived for my blood test at 8.20am, first in queue, due to appalling weather, we were let in about 8.25am. Person on reception very pleasant, unfortunately phlebotomist didn't arrive on time due to traffic and roads being flooded. I think this clinic is nicer than going to Queen's hospital and staff always do their best for you, I always bring my aunt who is 87 here and she prefers it too.
