my mum had a 6 day stay on ward 19 in May 2016. the care from the leadership of the consultant and colleagues to the outstanding ward manager and the team of caring staff nurses and health care assistants. the care was responsive, compassionate, caring. all staff going above and beyond. nothing was too much trouble. All staff had a wonderful manner about them and this was demonstrated in how they dealt with patients.
