Unbelievably Kind & competent staff. I was terrified on arrival. Front desk staff were quick, kind & efficient. I was having both an endoscopy & colonoscopy. My Main

Nurse was calm and lovely. They talked Me through the experience & made me laugh. During the procedure in the theatre, the Team working alongside the surgeon were fantastic. Once again, Kind & professional & human .. I was so fearful, they took time to talk to me and listen to my fears they talked me through every step of the experience and Yes held my hand. Thank you Dr and nurses.
