"Specialists Secretary never answers phone"

Had facet joint injections due to two discs ruptured. Had a number for emergency flare up was never answered. Eventually called departments head specialists secretary and got an appointment for consultation and agreed on another MRI for more steriod injections. Haven't heard back from MRI was told I should here from them within 2 weeks, been trying to call Dr's secretary and never gets answered. In my trade Dr & hospital staff are always first to complain if have to wait anytime.
