My dad was admitted to the A&E resuscitation today and the care and attention he received was brilliant. They did everything to ensure he was comfortable and did not delay in his treatment. My dad, myself and husband were treated with respect and informed about everything. Thank you.

Thank you so much for your kind comments about the treatment received by your Dad in our Accident and Emergency Department at Heartlands Hospital.

I do hope that your father is feeling much better and I am so pleased to read that your father received prompt treatment, the team ensured that he was comfortable, and that you and your family were treated with respect and kept fully informed.

I will be delighted to ensure your comments are highlighted to the Matron, as well as the Clinical Director for Emergency Services who will be thrilled ot read your feedback and communicate it to all of the Emergency Department Team who work extremely hard, often under tremendous pressure, to provide a positive patient experience.
