About: South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust / Out-of-hours general practice

(as the patient),

I arrived for my appointment and the doctor was due to finish her night shift.

As I was in some discomfort she dealt with my problem there and then rather than sending me on to another clinic.

The doctor was Philomena who dealt with the situation with efficiency and humour!
