About: Lincoln County Hospital

I have mild sleep apnoea & I attend the lung function clinic every 12 months to have my

equipment checked & to see if I have any problems .And I just want to say how impressed I am with the quality of service I get I always get seen bang on my appointment time I am never rushed & the clinician always listen to any problems I have ,the staff are a credit to the hospital .

My only gripe are the car park charges especially for a pensioner are far to high

Thank you for your feedback, I’m sorry it’s taken us so long to acknowledge it.

I’m pleased that the service you receive from us meets with your approval. We do try and ensure all our patients have a positive experience and it makes a real difference when I can share feedback with the team that shows we are getting it right.

With regard to car park charges, we aim to keep our charges as low as possible at all times, however the Trust has financial challenges to meet and the cost of providing car parks increases year on year.
