Response from United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust

Dear David,

Thank you for your feedback, I’m sorry it’s taken us so long to acknowledge it.

I’m pleased that the service you receive from us meets with your approval. We do try and ensure all our patients have a positive experience and it makes a real difference when I can share feedback with the team that shows we are getting it right.

With regard to car park charges, we aim to keep our charges as low as possible at all times, however the Trust has financial challenges to meet and the cost of providing car parks increases year on year.

There are concessions available, including free parking for some categories of visitors, full details can be found on our website at https://www.ulh.nhs.uk/hospitals/lincoln-county/parking/.

Once again, thank you for taking the time to leave your comments, I will ensure they are shared with the team.
