"Needing advice"

My initial treatment was excellent and I can't thank the team enough for their care however due to a problem since my last appt with consultant I rang the specialist care team to be told I could be seen. I was seen by the practise manager at the GP practise who also rang the hospital to be told the consultant would be asked and then I would be called this was over 2 weeks ago and no contact from anyone am I to assume that the consultant is not interested or assume the nurse hasn't bothered to speak to them.
