"Very bad service"

About: Charles Clifford Dental Hospital

I thought students were going to be supervised by professionals, but work done on my teeth was horrible. 2 out of 4 teeth, which were treated to stop decay, within 1-2 months from treatment required root canal treatment. I will never go back there.

I am so sorry to hear about your poor experience of the services that have been provided and that the outcome was that you needed to have further treatment. This must have been very upsetting and also inconvenient for you.

We would appreciate knowing more about this so that we can investigate and learn from what has gone wrong in your case. I would therefore appreciate it if you could provide further details to our Patient Services Team so that we can pass this on to the Charles Clifford Hospital for investigation and to then respond to you.
