"My stay for knee replacement."

I've recently returned from a five day stay on Ward15 for the purpose of a knee replacement. UHND was excellent from start to finish. The staff worked extremely hard and treat you with respect and are also up for some friendly banter when the situation needs it. It would be unfair to single any one person out as they were all excellent. That try their utmost to work in an NHS system that could do better. My only complaint is the removal of all the t.v & radio system from the wards. They don't even have a day room. The prospect of having nothing when you are potentially in your ward 24/7 is unacceptable. So release some funds and return this.
