"Feel very let down."

About: Warrington Hospital

I had an appointment today at the Orthopedic department. I had an urgent referal from my GP due to severe pain and difficulty walking. I waited an hour and a half past my appointment time. This is not the reason I am unhappy.

After the long wait I went in to see my consultant who I belive did not read my notes, as they asked if I had previous surgery at the hospital......erm yes just a few times. Then suggested I was at the wrong clinic-didn't make the appointment, I was just sent it. Plus when I told them I was in severe pain and could t walk and had very small children to look after they just shrugged their shoulders at me and said maybe ring your GP. So I am stuck now with no help or suggestions what so ever. Thanks Warrington hospital!
