"The food had improved since previous ..."

About: Leicester Royal Infirmary

(as the patient),

What I liked

The food had improved since previous stays

What could be improved

Nurses always busy busy busy, call bells not answered for long time causing patient distress.

Dignity not always observed, red clips seldom used.

Males walking past end of bay and also in side wards facing into female bay

Anything else?

Night staff should spend a night as a patient!! Noise++ Late lights out and early morning waking not good.

I was woken at 3.00am as my bed was needed for an admission, this caused noise and confusion to all in the bay.
