"Never on time"

Every time I have booked an appointment for a routine contraception injection it has never been on time. I have sat in the waiting room for up to 45 minutes following my appointment time while others who have appointments after me or who have dropped on have got in before me.

The one time I made a complaint to the staff about time (as I ask work during the day) and I was told that it would be another hour on top of my already waited time of 45 minutes so I had to cancel and rearrange to then have the same problem when I came back.

At Christmas as I eventually got in for my appointment the staff were too busy talking about what pizza they were going to be ordering for a treat, fantastic for them but I was reprimanded at work for being out so long.

I am now sitting waiting for my appointment and again it's 35 minutes late.
