"20 week pregnancy scan experience"

My partner and I have just returned home from our 20 week pregnancy scan at your Health Centre. I can't emphasise how disappointed and upset on how we were treated throughout what should of been an excited and happy experience as this is our first child.

The sonographer come across extremely rude, abrupt and was obviously having a bad day! They were very thorough and clearly an expert in their field but just made us both feel very uncomfortable and made us feel we were an inconvenience to their day.

This should be a memorable experience but all we feel is disappointed.We felt the Sonographer came across as having a very negative attitude and the whole experience was rushed.

Luckily we were together but I feel for a young single mother on their own going through that experience. We never complain about anything but we feel the sonographer needs to improve on their people skills working in such an environment as that!
