I went in A and E with my 89 year old father who has severe dementia last week and we were met with kindness and understanding every step of the way, from the paramedic to the ambulance staff [who were terrific].
Overall the experience was positive.
He fought his way through all the tests and the doctors and nurses respectively were professional in every way.
