My brother attended as a new patient in Urology Clinic this morning. It is a spotlessly clean and exceptionally well run Clinic, large numbers of patients attending with minimal waiting.
All members of staff in the Department were friendly and approachable.
The Consultant listened carefully and explained things clearly and my brother found the Consultant extremely courteous and reassuring. Would not hesitate to recommend Broadgreen Hospital and the Urology Clinic to family and friends.
