"Outstanding Service"

My first experience of the Cramlington Emergency Hospital was on Saturday evening. The overall experience was outstanding. I was seen by a doctor within an hour and after investigations admitted as a precaution.

The Nursing staff were northing short of brilliant, so pleasant and what really impressed me was their approach to some elderly patients. The nursing team really ensured that all patients kept their dignity, they were attentive and were attentive throughout.

The Consultant spent time discussing and explaining theirs prognosis which was very reassuring.

I would like to reassure anyone with doubt, this hospital is state of the art , a different layout to what most of us are familiar with. Don't let that put you off, this all feeds into the efficiency displayed throughout the wards and also support their people can provide the public. Brilliant , thank you to all for doing such a fantastic job a shining example for the NHS.
