"Urgent care centre"

About: Manor Hospital

I attended with a calf injury which left me unable to weight bear and was assessed and then referred to see a doctor at the urgent care centre. The nurse told me I would likely need a scan and crutches.

The doctor said I should just take pain killers and walk on it.

Such differing advice doesn't fill you with confidence!

Neither the nurse nor doctor introduced themselves or decontaminated their hands before they examined my leg.

The nurse was nice enough but the doctor was quite abrupt and their bedside manner left a lot to be desired.

I would also comment that some of the staff looked scruffy and overall I was not very impressed.
