"initial assessment for cbt"

So after 5 years of suffering from ptsd and now ocd brought on by ptsd and a series of events i was referred to the clinic for help. I was previously under parklands 5 years ago.

After my assessment i was promised a response in 2 weeks, i waited 6 then called to ask, i was told ive been assigned a senior psychologist and they will be in touch, Ive now heard nothing. they tell you that if you miss 2 appointments they wont see you but even if you go they still dont help. My dr and nurse cat believe im still waiting the extremely urgently needed cbt before i suffer a relapse.
