A big thank you to the paramedics for the care and attention provided and putting up with my stories.

Also to the nurses in A & E Good Hope. Trust you enjoyed the chocs?

I have now finished my treatment after 7 weeks at Tower Hill Medical Centre.

Thank you for your feedback and thanks to our Accident and Emergency Staff at Good Hope Hospital. I'm sure the team really appreciated their chocolates!

I'm so pleased to read that your treatment is now complete and I do hope you are feeling much better.

I will ensure that your kind comments are shared with the Matron for Accident and Emergency, as well as the Clinical Director for Emergency Services who will be delighted to share your feedback with all of the team, who work very hard in often difficult circumstances to provide quality patient care.

I hope this is acceptable. Once again thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback, it is very important to us.
