"Amazing hard working staff on ward 25 ."

About: Royal Preston Hospital

I am writing this on behalf of my husband who has some mild learning difficulties and is unable to write this himself . Words cannot describe how grateful we both are to the consultants , doctors , sisters , staff nurses , healthcare workers and all the staff involved in his care during his recent six weeks stay . As a same sex couple we felt total respect ,compassion and understanding at all times . All totally profesional and an outstanding asset to Ward 25 ,RPH and the NHS . We feel very fortunate !!

Our only criticism is was the lack of Physio attendance ...

Thank you for taking the time to tell us of yours and your husband's experience when he was an inpatient on ward 25 here at Royal Preston Hospital. It was extremely pleasing to hear that the care he was given and our communication with you both was of the high standard we aim to offer all our patients. Please be assured that your kind comments have been shared with the team caring for you. If you would be happy to do so, please would you contact our PALS department on 01772 522972 who would be glad to discuss your concerns regarding Physiotherapy input.
