What I liked

I took my 86 year old mother to see the doctor in the out-patient clinic on 22.02.10. From the moment we arrived at reception, with a welcoming smile, through to the greeting by the out-patient nurse, the consultation with the doctor and on to the E.C.G. department, my mother was treated with complete dignity and respect. We felt complete trust in all staff involved in the consultation and the advice given. My mother's wishes were taken into consideration and we felt able to ask questions. We would like to extend our thanks to all concerned.
