Good afternoon

Thank you for leaving comments on the NHS Choices Website regarding the care and treatment you recently received in the Accident and Emergency Department (A&E) at The James Cook University Hospital (JCUH).

I am very sorry for your negative experience, although I am pleased to note that you have received good care in the past in A&E at JCUH and that you wanted to also pass on your thanks to staff.

I will ensure that details of your poor experience as well as your kind comments are passed to Senior Managers for the relevant area, so the members of staff concerned are made aware of the feedback received from you.

Please contact me on the number below if you would like more detailed feedback to your concerns and observations.

Thank you again for your kind words, and please accept my apologies that the care and treatment you received recently at the South Tees Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust did not meet your expectations.
