"Knee replacement in Trinity Ward Mount Vernon..."

I am writing to you regarding the outstanding treatment I received when having a total knee replacement at Mount Vernon Hospital. From the time I saw the Consultant in Januray 2016 until I was discharged from the hospital the care and information provided was exceptional. The unit provided a very professional colour brochure of what to expect before and after the operation. Then my wife and I went to a seminar at the hospital which involved an Anaesthetist, a ward sister and Physio. Very informative indeed.

The operation was took place on a Monday 25 April and after a couple of days recovery I was discharged on the following Wednesday.

I even received a phone call from the ward sister about 10 days after discharge asking if everything was OK.

After 8 weeks I am feeling great and looking forward to playing golf again.

I will definitely recommend this experience to anyone. Please pass on my thanks to all staff concerned.
