What I liked
The hospital was clean.
What could be improved
Three different doctors from the same dept saw me. The first doctor sent me for an MRI scan. The second doctor who viewed the results diagnosed me and asked me come back for further treatment. The third doctor contradicted the second doctors opinion, stating that the treatment offered would not help long term and left me back at square one! This doctor was unable to tell me what needed to be done to improve/cure my condition! Shame on you NHS!
Anything else?
As i have a foreign name, the receptionist was intent on asking me my ethnic origin. This may be policy, but it's also down right rude!
When will the new labour driven NHS learn, people want good treatment, treatment they pay for, not statistics on who they treated!
