Dear Zebra warrior,

Thank you for leaving your feedback on the Patient Opinion website.

It would be nice to have a few more details about your experience, so the information can be passed on to the relevant teams.

Could I ask you to contact me, either by telephone on 01476 464560, or by e-mail at Sharon.kidd@ulh.nhs.uk, and let me know which A&E department you went to, and whether your experience was good or bad.

If your experience was not a good one, some details of what we could have done better would also be appreciated, as this type of detail is very important in helping us to understand where we need to make improvements.

I look forward to hearing from you shortly.

Best regards,

Sharon Kidd, Patient Experience Manager
