"Initial communication"

About: Warwick Hospital

(as the patient),

On Sunday I received a text referring to an appointment I apparently have at the Keith Lee Suite on Wednesday at 9. 50. It is now Monday evening and I have still received no other communication, despite an email sent this morning. The letter I should have apparently have received has not yet arrived and it was only by looking up on the internet I even discovered which hospital has this Outpatients ward. I don't really know for certain what I am going for although I think it may be a referral on from my doctor from a few weeks ago and I certainly don't know whether I need to take any samples, refrain from eating or drinking or anything.

I have rung the Trust since seeing this response and they are looking into it.

I may add I did go to the appointment this morning and the medical staff and care was great.
