"Too much medication"

About: Blackpool Victoria Hospital / General medicine

(as a carer),

I've just been to visit my mother in hospital to realise something was seriously wrong with her. Staff had given her too much medication. if I hadn't of gone tonight I would hate to think the outcome, they don't call it a teaching hospital for nothing they didn't have a clue until I called for help. Not the first time this has happened either.

Yes I have done that they said they would send the form out to me for a formal complaint but it's been 2-3 days and not had it as yet
