"The information we are being given is very limited"

About: Sunderland Royal Hospital / Rheumatology

(as a relative),

My mam was diagnozed with liphoma a few months ago, she had her first lot of chemo, which seemed to go well. she then developed some back pain & other symptoms, which led to her being admitted to hospital. She has now been in there for four weeks, and in the family's opinion she has deteriorated quite drastically. Whilst the nursing staff are lovely and do their best, it is clear to see that they are drastically understaffed. The information we are being given is very limited and information about results etc change from consultant to consultant.
