This unit is supposedly open until 4pm.

I got there at 2.10pm to find it had already closed for the day.

They close when they have enough patients waiting to be seen to keep them busy until 4pm. This means their actual closing time is variable but they don't bother to tell you that. If I had known that I would have acted accordingly i.e. got there earlier or gone straight to A&E (different hospital, so completely different journey.) Thanks a bunch!
