Hi,

Attended today for scheduled scan at 16:15.

I arrived 25 min early.

Technician saw me 20 mins early. (apologies but I forgot their name)

They were brilliant. Told me everything that was going on, and their bedside manner was absolutely spot on.

They even checked my previous notes to make sure they had got the scans they wanted.

They were brilliant, just brilliant.

Please can you make sure they get this feedback.

They were brilliant!
