"Dermatology minor op ."

I visited Redwood suite today for a minor op. I was called through bang on time , the three staff that attended to me were polite friendly and put me at ease. The whole procedure was explained step by step and then once completed the nurse came through to the waiting room and spoke to my daughter to inform her of the aftercare procedure( I am a little hard of hearing) and my daughter was concerned that I may not hear all information. The department was immaculate the environment organized and efficient. Receptionist also polite and friendly.

I felt the need to write this review as I get very annoyed when I hear negativity surrounding the NHS . The service that I have received today and always received was first class . I value our services and staff they all do a fantastic job.
