"Excellent staff pity not more of them"

I had to visit the day surgery unit for a kidney stone removal. The staff at this unit could not have done more to make me feel at ease, there was a young student nurse who went out of their way to find out answers to questions I raised and ensure that I was comfortable. The surgical team were excellent. I really cant thank the whole of the team enough.

A small grumble not at the team of the treatment , but at the lack of team members. I arrived at 8 and at 11:15 was told that the delay was due to lack of radiologist, I did get sorted I hope that the staffing levels do
