"Rude nurse and lack of competence"

The person at reception was extremely helpful. However the nurse responsible for carrying out blood tests was incredibly rude and short. I had over heard another patient complaining about the massive bruise they had revived as a result of being poorly handled by the staff when carrying out the blood test and the nurses response was that 'oh well you're still here, we're all human'. Whilst I am not disputing the fact that yes people make mistakes, nurses are trained to offer and officiant service and not man handle patients.

When I saw the nurse in question they were extremely rude and disrespectful. There appears to be no joint up thinking between reception and the front desk as we we're left waiting over an hour only to be told they were unable to do the blood test. They had 2 treatment rooms and a massively long queue.

The waiting room was poorly equipped and many of those waiting around were forced to stand. A lot of these people were elderly. Not acceptable.
