"Colposcopy reviews"

I had an abnormal smear result July 2015 fell pregnant at roughly the same time have been havin regular colposcopys from then till my last one was October. I was due another in January yet had no appointment even though i received my review appointment letter. Called them to be told there was no clinic on at the moment as there is no nurse. I still have not had any more checks since October yet I call every couple weeks to be told the same thing I am a mother of 2 very young children and have been worried about this since my smear last year. And to be told there is still no nurse is beyond ridiculous I'm at my whits end I will be phoning once again at the end of the week to try and get something sorted how can it be left this long what if I have cancer and leaving it this long has left it too long to say I am upset is an underststement surely there are other hospitals I could be referred to
