"Thanks to the children's unit"

I rushed to the hospital today after my daughter had a fall and cut her head. I went to the A & E who were rather chilled and relaxed even though I was clearly distraught (I know they see it every day but still), they sent me to the children's area over the sound of my screaming baby just pointing. When I got there the staff were amazing. There were two staff that looked after me and they were brilliant! I want to thank them. This is the first time my 19month old had hurt herself and as it was a head wound there was lots of blood. The main nurse put me at ease and was fantastic and dealt with everything my little diva threw at her.
