Website doesn't work - cannot book appointments. Walk-in sessions full even when arriving up to an hour early. Postal kits supposed to be available to Birmingham and Solihull but won't work for many Birmingham postcodes. It seems awfully difficult to access sexual health since Umbrella stepped in. Need to sort out bookings, website and postal kits sharpish.
