What could be improved

I attended for a blood test today, after a wait of one and a half hours, I was at last seen, now I fully understand that I will have to wait. But I feel it unfair that some GP Surgeries are able to prebook patients appointments. Therefore adding to further delays for the patients waiting. I was lucky to be seen when I was, as the wait time went up to two hours. As I made my way home I felt exhausted, and sorry for the people I left behind. Please have one dedicated extra person to deal with booked appointments, not this awful system that is being tested at the present time.
