Eight hours in accident and emergency. I would like to give the highest possible praise for the treatment given to my great niece this Sunday. she came in with severe gastroenteritis, was seen by a nurse within 20 minutes and by a doctor 15 minutes after that. Various different nurses came to do blood test etc. All warm kind and reassuring,she was given two bags of saline drip.
And left with all the necessary information about drugs to get, what to eat and felt she had been treated like a princess, which she had. With grateful thanks to all the kind and wonderful staff,A very frightened girl went home happy.
