"A&E"

About: Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham

I have a blood disorder, and on Saturday, had bleeding and symptoms suggesting a relapse.

I contacted the hospital and spoke to the on call haematologist who after a brief discussion suggested I went straight to A&E.

When I arrived I had no wait and went straight into triage for bloods, I spent quite a while in the department, but could not fault the doctors, nurses and the haematologist that looked after me.

Thanks to all the staff on the department.
