Took my son to fracture clinic today for 2.35 appointment.
Arrived 2.20, booked in and directed to waiting area.
2.30 called to see registrar - 2.45 cast removed and new lightweight cast fitted by plaster technician.
2.55 All done - what fantastic service, helpful polite smiling staff.
Thanks so much hope to get the same level of service in 3 weeks time!
