"My Sons visit to Grantham A&E"

I brought my son into Grantham A&E following a fall. He had very visibly broken his arm. Despite the 3 hr wait the triage nurse (Donna) decided that he needed to be seen quickly and called a Dr. We then met Dr Paul (or Uncle Paul as he introduced himself to my son) and the service and care he gave us was outstanding. I have never had a Dr chase up a patient in XRay! He would not send us back into the waiting room to wait as he wanted my son treating quickly. Within 2. 5 hrs my son was treated, X-rayed, plastered and on his way to Lincoln hospital for surgery, I can not say thank you enough to the team at Grantham - everyone we encountered were so brilliant. Well done Grantham A&E and a big thank-you.
