(as the patient),

In a some discomfort went to the out of hours Doctors at the DGH Eastbourne

and was seen immediately by the nurse. She was so kind and helpful.

The lady on reception was equally kind

I am delighted that you had such a good experience with our colleagues who provide our out of hours service at Eastbourne.
