"Fantastic service!!"

During a doctor's appointment yesterday, I was advised to arrange a chest X ray and have a a blood test while I was at the hospital and they said I did not need an appointment for the blood test. This GP's appointment was a 2pm and I called to book the X ray about 2.30. I was very pleased to be told that I could be seen at 4pm that day, as I was free all afternoon. I arrived at the hospital early, found a parking space at the front of the hospital and followed directions to the X ray department. I noticed that the blood test department was on my way to X ray and, as I was early, I thought I would see if ~I could have my blood taken before the X ray. This worked perfectly as I was only waiting for a few minutes before my number was called and I went to a cubicle. There was a trainee taking the blood samples (under supervision) and they were both very nice. The trainee was very careful, it was painless and there is no bruising today! This was all completed in plenty of time for me still to arrive at X ray well before 4pm. I had only been waiting for a short amount of time before I was called to have my X ray taken, which was also a nice experience. My X ray was even completed before the 4pm appointment time and to complete the great experience, I was able to exit the car park without charge as the visit had been so brief! All the staff I met were very friendly and helpful. As I said in the title - fantastic service!!
